What are the conditions for getting a refund for my order?

When you place an order on our site, you can get a refund in several situations. For example, if your product is no longer available, or due to a logistical problem, we are not able to deliver it to you within the promised time. In this case, our teams will offer you to replace the products ordered, or to have them fully reimbursed.

Indeed, French law (and in particular articles L.221-18 to L.221-28 of the Consumer Code) protects consumers. And gives them the right to withdraw, even after placing their order on an ecommerce site.

To take advantage of this right, you have 14 days. All you need to do is contact our customer service (via the contact form provided for this purpose on our site), specifying your order number and your wish to cancel it.

You will not need to justify your request under any circumstances. Our team will only send you a satisfaction questionnaire (which you have no obligation to complete) in order to improve our services.



What are the terms and conditions for getting reimbursed?

Once you have informed us of your wish to retract and cancel your order, we will send you an email to confirm your choice. The latter will contain a return document (also called RMA) in which will be mentioned the modalities for returning your order, and in particular the address to which you should send them.

In accordance with article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code, you will again have 14 days to send us the items you wish to return. In order for us to reimburse you for the product (s) in question, they must be returned to us in a condition suitable for resale. They must therefore respect the following conditions:

  • The product (s) must be in their exact original condition;
  • It must be in its original packaging, also in perfect condition (i.e. not taped or damaged)
  • The accessories that were sold with the product must also be included, with their instructions;
  • The product itself must work perfectly, and keep no trace of any assembly or use.



What are the terms and deadline for reimbursement?

Once we have received the items you have returned to us, our teams will endeavor to reimburse you for their exact value as soon as possible (i.e. a maximum of 14 days from their receipt).

Your order will be refunded using the same payment method you used to pay for it, and at no additional cost.

If you wish, it also allows you to exchange the part (s) you are not satisfied with. The exchange can be made on products whose value is equivalent to your initial order, and will follow the same conditions as a classic return.
